Custom Jewelry Designs - We are happy to discuss custom work with you free of charge. Many of the pictured designs may be easily converted to other stones and colors, or another precious metal may be used in place of what is pictured. When we agree on the design and cost of the custom jewelry, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full cost. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the item, before shipment.

Exchanges and Returns - Customer satisfaction is at the very top of our priority list. Please email us with any problem. We may be able to resolve it easily. Any unworn jewelry may be returned in original condition within 2 weeks of receipt for full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. Customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee. In the unlikely event of damage to the jewelry because of manufacturing or design defect, we will repair or replace the jewelry free of charge within 1 year of time of purchase.
