Shipping Information

Every order will be confirmed by email before shipping, normally within 2-3 business days, if item is in stock. If an artist is making the jewelry to order, as is often the case, we will ship within 10-14 days. We use USPS Priority Mail, and for international shipments, USPS Airmail Parcel Post or USPS Global Express. We can only be responsible for your package if you purchase insurance, and we strongly recommend it. FedEx is available by special arrangement.

Free shipping on orders of $150 or more. Why pay shipping? Buy more and save! Never again deal with the hassle of driving across town, in traffic, to buy jewelry. Bundle your purchases, and have us ship them to you free. Items shipped within Virginia will be charged Virginia sales tax.  

Gift Wrap

If you need your item gift wrapped, just email us to let us know! We'll add a little extra flourish to the inner packaging. Depending on the shipping method, there may or may not be a rigid jewelry box inside the mailing package. There will always be the special touch of ribbon, tissue, etc.
